DESCRIPTION:Raleigh Water will reduce to one lane with intermittent two-way traffic a portion of Wingate Street between South Avenue and North Avenue. The temporary lane closure is necessary to allow crews to safely perform maintenance work on the sewer lines. Water and sewer service in the area will not be affected. \nSignage and flaggers will be in place managing traffic flow and safely directing motorists through the work area.
