Why Franklin County Schools Looks Different from WCPSS
If you’re moving from Wake County: Franklin County Schools is a smaller, traditional-calendar district. There’s no year-round calendar option, no magnet lottery system on the WCPSS scale, and class sizes tend to be smaller. Bus zones are tighter geographically. For deep WCPSS reference, see our Wake County Schools page.
