2026 Wake Forest Road Resurfacing Project

WAKE FOREST, NC – Beginning today (Monday, May 4) and continuing daily from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. through the end of May, Browe Construction, a subcontractor of Sunrock Industries, LLC, is completing concrete work on the 2026 Wake Forest Road Resurfacing Project in the Thornrose, Moss Creek & Austin Creek neighborhoods.

Beginning Tuesday, May 5, and continuing daily from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. through mid-May, Sunrock Industries, LLC, will perform pavement mill and overlay work in the Waters Edge, Fairlake & Crenshaw neighborhoods.

The 2026 Road Resurfacing Project is a 2022 Wake Forest Bond Referendum initiative.
