Wake Forest honors its veterans with a Memorial Flag-Raising Ceremony on Monday, August 3, 2026 at the Wake Forest Town Hall Centennial Plaza. This month’s ceremony honors Craig Skeffington, who served our nation in the US Army.
The service will feature patriotic songs, special remarks, a memorial wreath laying, and the ceremonial flag-raising. The event is free and open to all members of the public.
