The Town of Wake Forest will close a portion of the 100 block of Cardinal Drive (between Wait Avenue and Robin Avenue) beginning Monday, April 27, at 7 a.m. through Friday, May 1. The temporary road closure is necessary so crews can safely replace a stormwater pipe.

A signed detour will be in place to direct motorists around the work area. Delays are expected, so motorists may wish to avoid the area and take an alternate route.
