
May Month of Fitness: Zumba

Part of the May Month of Fitness series hosted by the Wake Forest Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources (PRCR) Department. Zumba is an aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.
Free and open to area residents of all ages. No registration required.
Participants are encouraged to bring water.
