WAKE FOREST, NC – The Wake Forest Renaissance Centre for the Arts is bringing something special to the stage for its youngest audience members. Small is All Productions will present two performances of Circle and Square on Saturday, June 6, at the Renaissance Centre, 405 S. Brooks St. Shows are scheduled at 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
Circle and Square is a play designed for ages 2–5 and their parents or caregivers to attend and enjoy together. In this interactive, mostly nonverbal story, audiences meet free-spirited “Circle” and highly structured “Square.” These two very different characters have a hard time figuring out how to play together — until they discover each other’s unique gifts and how they can have even more fun together than apart.
Ticket Information
Tickets are $5 for ages 6 and older and $1 for ages 5 and under. They can be purchased online with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit card at wakeforestrencen.org. Tickets may also be purchased with cash, check, or credit card at the Renaissance Centre Box Office, 405 S. Brooks St. These performances are expected to sell out, so anyone interested is encouraged to purchase tickets soon — a limited number remain available.
About Small is All Productions
Small is All Productions is a theatre company dedicated to creating performances specifically for very young children (ages 0–5) and their caregivers. Most plays available for youth in the Triangle are suited for ages 6 and up, leaving the youngest audience members underserved in the arts. Small is All fills that gap with thoughtful, age-appropriate productions designed around the unique needs of tiny theatregoers and the grownups who love them.
