He Had to Give Himself a Minute. So Did I.
I was in the audience at Wake Forest Town Hall on Tuesday night when Commissioner Nick Sliwinski stopped at the podium and asked the room to give him a minute. I was wiping tears from my eyes. My wife was too. She’s been through all of it with me. As a Navy combat veteran, I know exactly why that moment mattered.
