Things to Do in Rolesville, NC: Parks, Events & Downtown (2026 Guide)

Rolesville is the small but growing town just south of Wake Forest, with a tight-knit downtown anchored by Main Street Park, the Sanford Creek Greenway connecting north to Wake Forest, and a free outdoor concert series at the Mill Bridge Nature Park amphitheater. Here’s where to go and what’s happening.

Parks & Outdoor Recreation

  • Mill Bridge Nature Park (425 Nature Park Drive) — Rolesville’s signature park. A 200-seat amphitheater hosts the Music at Mill Bridge concert series; paved and boardwalk trails follow Sanford Creek past small waterfalls; stroller- and wheelchair-accessible; dogs welcome.
  • Main Street Park (200 S. Main St / 500 Scarboro St) — Two playgrounds, an open play field, a gazebo, four rentable picnic shelters (up to 110 people), and more than a mile of greenway trails. The heart of downtown Rolesville.
  • Redford Place Park (Redford Place Drive) — Smaller neighborhood park; serves as the venue for Fall FunFest each fall.
  • Rolesville Community Center (514 Southtown Circle) — Indoor facility available for rental; home base for youth and adult Parks & Rec programs.
